I have 2 YSL bags that I absolutely adore and I bought them in the boutique. Trying them on in personal also helps because you can really get a feel for the bag. I liked the Kate, but when I went to try it on, it just wasn’t for me. I have the YSL Loulou in medium. It holds a ton (two large compartments and a third thinner zippered compartment) and I wish I had gotten the small as I don’t carry that much. It looks good handheld, on the shoulder with the handles doubled or hanging as a single strap. I don’t wear it crossbody as it’s too thick/deep.
For me, the Lou Camera Bag is the clear winner from this list.
