Here are my thoughts and some of the current crop of 126600 seadwellers. I’m by no means an expert, so these are my basic observations. I currently have 3 different 126600s.
To celebrate the 50th anniversary of first double-red 1665 Sea-Dweller, rolex makes an all new balanced design in 43mm, dial print in red, and for the first time in a SD adds a cyclops (love/hate). The 126600 houses a new generation 3235 caliber with time set direction same as an ETA movement. The Rolex Sea-Dweller Ref. 126600 carries over the handsome good looks of its predecessor. The case is enlarged over the Sea-Dweller Ref. 116600 which was released in 2014. The Ref. 116600 is also very similar to the Ref. 16600 which was discontinued in 2008.

This VSF 126600 Sea-Dweller is much thinner than the Deepsea and much lighter. It feels like a slightly larger sub and with the wider bracelet taper and clasp on these 12XXXX models it wears very comfortable on the wrist.

I’ve got the Noob V2 116600 and I love it. Wear it in good health. Everyone has a sub rep. It’s nice to see a SD.
Rolex Sd43 126600: ARF v3 (A2824) vs Noob v10 (A2836) So I really want the Rolex SD43 ref. 126600 but I really can't decide which one is the best between those 2. The price is almost the same (arf is 10$ more expensive). Overall quality on both feels excellent, the ARF wins on overall quality by a very small margin. The biggest difference is the bezel and its turning action. The ARF feels much more refined than the Noob, same with the feeling of winding the watch, and setting the time. The quality of the Asian movement in the ARF feels better.
