No problems with mine as of yet and I think the silver is easier to dress up or down depending on the occasion. Also, as an alternative, I'm looking at the Saint Laurent medium High School satchel as something more functional/casual, but still elegant. It's not as classic as the Kate tassel though. Does anyone have thoughts on the high school satchel?
